Cancellation, Changes & Refunds

Please read these terms before booking. They apply to online bookings, phone bookings, and in-venue bookings unless our staff confirm otherwise in writing.

• Refunds apply to online bookings only. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your session — or up to 12 hours before for last-minute bookings made within 48 hours of the session. You will be refunded the full amount minus a processing fee of 2% (minimum £2), back to your original payment method within 7 working days. Once you are inside that cut-off, online changes are unavailable; please contact the venue directly.
• Phone bookings are reserved with a small room-reservation deposit. Because it reserves your room for you, this deposit is non-refundable.
• Pay just one guest's share — £20.00 — now to hold your room; it's reserved for you even before everyone arrives. On the night we settle by the guests who actually come (a minimum of 4), with the per-guest price reflecting your real group size, and you pay the rest in person. This room-holding deposit is non-refundable.
• Pricing is based on the number of guests booked. If fewer guests attend than booked, there is no refund for the difference and no extra charge. Additional guests on the day are welcome within room capacity and pay in cash at the venue.
• All bookings have an arrival time. If you arrive late, time may not be added on, as another booking may be due at the end of your slot. Staff will always try to allow extra time where they can — when another group is due, it may not be possible.
• Online bookings: if we are late getting you into your room, we will extend your end time so you do not lose out.
• Running late? Give us a quick call — we'll do our best to hold your room. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we may need to release the room to waiting guests. If it is still available, staff will decide on your arrival whether the booking can go ahead and whether time can be added.
• For everyone's safety and enjoyment, our team checks that all guests are well enough to come in. If someone is too intoxicated to enter the room, the rest of the group is welcome to stay. If you all decide to head off together, we're not able to offer a refund in that case — but you're always welcome back another time.
• For everyone's safety, please don't bring any liquids into VIP Karaoke Club or VIP Open Karaoke. If you have any with you, our team will look after or dispose of them at the door.
• VIP Karaoke Club operates a Challenge 25 policy in line with licensing law. Without valid ID, you may ask a manager for a final decision; the manager's decision is final.
• We want everyone to enjoy the space, so please treat it with care. Any damage to the venue is charged to the responsible party, and serious cases may be reported to the police.
• Online bookings must be made at least 1 day in advance and are for parties of 4 or more. For same-day bookings or parties of 2-3, please call +44 7719052535. We are closed on Mondays.
• Bookings are confirmed only after payment. Unpaid bookings are released after 30 minutes.
