Cancellation, Changes & Refunds

Please read these terms before booking. They apply to online bookings, phone bookings, and in-venue bookings unless our staff confirm otherwise in writing.

• A non-refundable deposit of £20 per booking applies. Cancellations or changes made at least 12 hours before the start time are refundable minus the £20 deposit. Within 12 hours of the start time, bookings are non-refundable. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Pricing is based on the number of guests booked. If fewer guests attend than booked, there is no refund for the difference and no extra charge. Additional guests on the day are welcome within room capacity and pay in cash at the venue.
• All bookings have an arrival time. If you arrive late, time may not be added on, as another booking may be due at the end of your slot. Staff will try to allow extra time where possible, but are under no obligation.
• Online bookings: if we are late getting you into your room, we will extend your end time so you do not lose out.
• Lateness: if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, staff may resell your room to walk-ins. If not resold, staff will decide on your arrival whether the booking can go ahead and whether time can be added.
• Intoxication: staff assess the intoxication level of all guests. Anyone too intoxicated will be refused entry to the room; the rest of the group may stay. If the group chooses to leave together, no deposit refund is offered.
• No liquids may be brought into VIP Karaoke Club or VIP Open Karaoke. Security will confiscate any liquids and they will not be returned.
• VIP Karaoke Club operates a Challenge 25 policy in line with licensing law. Without valid ID, you may ask a manager for a final decision; the manager's decision is final.
• Any damage caused to the venue will be reported to the police and the cost will be payable by the responsible party.
• Online bookings must be made at least 1 day in advance and are for parties of 4 or more. For same-day bookings or parties of 2-3, please call +44 7719052535. We are closed on Mondays.
• Bookings are confirmed only after payment. Unpaid bookings are released after 15 minutes.
